You can resize, rotate, lighten, darken, blur, sharpen, set transparency, move, use special effects, merge, use a filter or picture-frame on any image, you can use a central-focus effect on the image to make spectacular action pictures or merge images with other pictures, backgrounds, colors and masks to create beautiful scenes.
